Beautiful straw colour with mouth-watering hints of gold.

Fine and copious bubbles that form fine cords in the glass and crown the meniscus
Elegant and floral nose (ripe yellow fruits) with slightly grilled and brioche flavours

Fresh in the mouth with fine bubbles, subtle and supple. The finish is fresh and acidulous.

Finesse and freshness make this effervescent wine very pleasant to drink now. 

Recommended serving temperature: 8 to 10°C

This 'méthode traditionnelle' is the perfect aperitif and is also delicious with smoked salmon, river or lake fish, white meat in cream or goats cheese with acacia honey
