A mellow red with tinges of orange, clear and brilliant. 

Adequate nose, dried fruits and spices. After swirling the wine the bouquet develops revealing traces of animal and pepper. 

Taste: tannin structure with soft tannins.  Firm finish due to a slight acidity that is specific for this particular vintage.  Correct aromatic intensity with a good finish. 

It is a supple and fresh wine that can be drunk now.  

Recommended serving temperature: 20° 

This wine marries well with dishes such as assorted cold meats, pasta, white meats, red roasts, goats cheese with cherry jam
