Fine claret red with purple blue tints, limpid and brilliant A good nose intensity and fruity (red currents, black cherry) with touches of spices that are more powerful through the alcohol after swirling. Supple and round with a structure that has an average but full tannic density with supple tannins that are smothered at the finish. A good fresh finish with a fine aromatic presence and with a long after taste. It is a pleasant and well-balanced wine. It can be drunk now or kept for a few more years. Recommended serving temperature 18-20°C It marries well with dishes such as hams,
pasta à la carbonara, stuffed veal, steak with shallots and cheeses
such as goats cheese and Saint Marcelin.
