Fine claret red with crimson tints, clear and brilliant. 

A good nose intensity and very fruity with traces of morello cherry and red current that after swirling the glass develop into traces that are warm and spicy.

Supple, good tannin structure with soft tannins that are smothered at the finish giving a warm and pleasant finish. 

A supple, fruity wine that can be drunk now. 

Recommended serving temperature: 18°C

This wine marries well dishes such as assorted cold meats, grilled meat or lamb casserole and cheese such as Ossau Iraty with cherry jam, Saint Félicien or even red fruit desserts like a cherry bake.
